Osun To Embark On Operation Show Your Rabies Vaccination Certificate On Dogs

Osun State government has directed all dog owners in the state to bring forward Rabies certificates to the appropriate authorities to certify that their dog is fit to live in society.
The Commissioner for Agriculture and Food Security, Tola Faseru stated this in a meeting with dog breeders, owners and veterinary outfits in the state
He lamented the rate that which dogs are not being cared for by their owners giving room to the health challenges that face them.
He said anyone found culpable of molesting them or allowing them to move aimlessly on the street would be jailed.
