Awara is a healthy, Nigerian dish made from soya beans mostly found in the northern part of the country.
It is also common in western Nigeria. It is popularly called Tofu in English and Awara, Wara or Beske in Nigeria.
Although beske is fried Tofu Fresh Awara is soft and almost white in colour.
Doctors say it aids in digestion and bowel movement, drives the immune system, strengthens blood vessels, reduces cholesterol, improves bone health, and is an easy choice for people with diabetes and lactose intolerance.
Why not give it a trial to improve your health instead of consuming unhealthy foods like animal meat and other synthetic foods .
